Jon's bike.
Stacy picked up some bikes at a yard sale for a dollar a piece. I'm fixing them up so that she and my brother-in-law can do a triathlon next summer. Here's some of the work so far.

This is the before. Really not too bad, just needed cleaned and a few part replaced.

These are the parts after being stripped off the bike. Some of them have been cleaned in this picture.
These are pictures of the completed product. You really can't tell from the pictures how much better this bike is now because most of the work was done on the inside of the bike (new grease, bearings, etc.). The bike is much cleaner now and has new cables, grease, tires, tubes, and owner. Click on the pictures for a larger view. Also there are more pictures found here (click "here").
My bike: The Transformation.
These are a few pictures of my bike. I got it at the DI for $3. I'm converting it into a fixed gear bike. The first three are all before shots. I'm in the process of stripping the paint off the frame. It's about there. The last picture was a test of my paint color scheme. I'm going to do the bulk of the frame with the flat black and accents with the red. I think it's going to look great. There are some more pictures here (click on here, not this here the one a few here's back)
Here are some shots of the progression of the frame.
